I tasted it at the State Fair of Texas and loved it. It’s disgustingly good! I made it for the church dinner last night and every bit of it was gone!

Abel Gonzales, Jr. created it and won’t share his recipe but I’ve come up with my version after watching them make it at the fair.

Use Bisquick mix for biscuits but use Coca Cola in place of the liquid. After making dough balls drop them in a bowl of Coca Cola to marinade. Fry them in light Wesson oil. To serve, put them in a cup with a inch or so of Coca Cola in the bottom, add the fried balls, top with light (it makes me feel like it’s healthier than it is) whipped cream and sprinkle a little cinnamon on top if you’d like.
